Privacy policy

What we collect, why, who handles it, and your rights. Short version: no cookies, no tracking.

1. Rekisterinpitäjä

NetYello (Y-tunnus 2301971-6, ALV-tunnus FI23019716). WebYello on NetYellon palvelu ja verkkosivuston nimi, ei erillinen yritys. Yhteystiedot tietosuoja-asioissa: info@netyello.com.

2. Mitä tietoja keräämme ja miksi

  • Yhteydenottolomake. Nimi, sähköpostiosoite, valittu tarve, viestisi sisältö, sivuston kieli ja sivu, jolta lomake lähetettiin. Käytämme tietoja vastataksemme sinulle, laatiaksemme tarjouksen ja sopiaksemme kartoituspuhelusta. Peruste: oikeutettu etu vastata yhteydenottoihin sekä sopimusta edeltävät toimet pyynnöstäsi (GDPR 6(1)(f) ja (b)).
  • Asiakassuhde. Jos tilaat meiltä sivuston, käsittelemme sopimuksen hoitamiseen, laskutukseen ja kirjanpitoon tarvittavia tietoja. Peruste: sopimus ja lakisääteinen velvoite (6(1)(b) ja (c)).
  • Tekniset lokitiedot. Verkkosivuston palvelin tallentaa teknisen käytön aikana lyhytaikaisia lokitietoja, kuten IP-osoitteen, selaimen tyypin ja pyydetyn sivun. Käytämme niitä sivuston toimivuuden ja tietoturvan varmistamiseen. Peruste: oikeutettu etu (6(1)(f)).

Emme käytä tietojasi markkinointiin emmekä luovuta niitä myytäväksi. Sivustolla ei ole seurantaa tai mainosanalytiikkaa.

3. Kenelle tietoja siirretään

Käytämme alihankkijoita, jotka käsittelevät tietoja puolestamme:

  • Vercel Inc. — sivuston ylläpito ja palvelinlokit.
  • Resend — yhteydenottolomakkeen viestin lähettäminen sähköpostina meille.
  • Proton AG (Proton Mail, Sveitsi) — viestit tallentuvat osoitteen info@netyello.com postilaatikkoon. Sveitsistä on EU:n komission riittävyyspäätös, joten siirtoon ei tarvita erillisiä suojatoimia.

Osa palveluntarjoajista toimii EU:n ulkopuolella, esimerkiksi Yhdysvalloissa. Siirroissa käytetään EU:n tietosuoja-asetuksen mukaisia suojatoimia, kuten komission mallisopimuslausekkeita tai EU–USA-tietosuojakehystä.

4. Säilytysaika

  • Yhteydenotot, joista ei synny projektia: poistamme enintään 12 kuukauden kuluttua.
  • Asiakassuhteen tiedot: sopimuksen ajan. Kirjanpitoaineisto säilytetään kirjanpitolain mukaisesti (6 vuotta tilikauden päättymisestä).
  • Tekniset lokit: vain lyhyen ajan palveluntarjoajan oletusten mukaan.

5. Evästeet ja selaimen tallennustila

Sivustomme ei aseta evästeitä, eikä siksi tarvitse evästebanneria. Se tallentaa selaimeesi vain kaksi toimintaa varten tarpeellista asiaa, joita ei lähetetä meille:

  • Kielivalinta (wy-lang, localStorage): muistaa valitsemasi suomen tai englannin.
  • Luonnoksen tiedot (wy-sketch, sessionStorage): jos kokeilet sivuston luonnostelijaa, yrityksesi nimi ja toimiala siirtyvät hinnoittelusivulle. Tieto poistuu, kun suljet välilehden.

Demosivu "Aamurusko" tallentaa selaimeesi valitsemasi näkymän (aamu/yö, aamurusko-scene). Voit tyhjentää nämä milloin tahansa selaimen asetuksista.

6. Oikeutesi

Sinulla on oikeus saada pääsy tietoihisi, oikaista ne, pyytää niiden poistamista tai käsittelyn rajoittamista, vastustaa käsittelyä ja saada tiedot siirrettävässä muodossa. Voit myös peruuttaa antamasi suostumuksen. Pyynnöt: info@netyello.com. Jos katsot, että käsittelemme tietojasi lain vastaisesti, voit tehdä valituksen tietosuojavaltuutetun toimistolle.

7. Muutokset

Päivitämme tätä selostetta tarvittaessa. Viimeksi päivitetty 29.10.2026.

1. Data controller

NetYello (Business ID 2301971-6, VAT FI23019716). WebYello is a service and website name of NetYello, not a separate company. Contact for privacy matters: info@netyello.com.

2. What we collect and why

  • Contact form. Name, email address, the type of need you pick, your message, the site language and the page the form was sent from. We use it to reply to you, prepare a quote and arrange a discovery call. Legal basis: legitimate interest in answering enquiries and steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) and (b)).
  • Client relationship. If you order a website from us, we process the data needed to perform the contract, invoice and keep accounts. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation (6(1)(b) and (c)).
  • Technical logs. The web server keeps short-term logs such as IP address, browser type and the page requested. We use them to keep the site working and secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest (6(1)(f)).

We don't use your data for marketing and never sell it. The site has no tracking or advertising analytics.

3. Who receives data

These providers process data on our behalf:

  • Vercel Inc. — website hosting and server logs.
  • Resend — delivers the contact-form message to us by email.
  • Proton AG (Proton Mail, Switzerland) — messages are stored in the info@netyello.com mailbox. Switzerland has an EU Commission adequacy decision, so no extra transfer safeguards are needed for it.

Some providers operate outside the EU, for example in the United States. Transfers rely on safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

4. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that don't lead to a project: deleted within 12 months at most.
  • Client records: for the duration of the contract. Accounting records are kept as the Finnish Accounting Act requires (6 years from the end of the financial year).
  • Technical logs: only briefly, per the hosting provider's defaults.

5. Cookies and browser storage

This site sets no cookies, so it doesn't need a cookie banner. It stores only two things in your browser that are needed for the site to work, and neither is sent to us:

  • Language choice (wy-lang, localStorage): remembers whether you picked Finnish or English.
  • Sketch details (wy-sketch, sessionStorage): if you try the site sketch, your business name and trade carry over to the pricing page. It is cleared when you close the tab.

The "Aamurusko" demo page stores the view you picked (morning/night, aamurusko-scene). You can clear all of this at any time in your browser settings.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to processing, and receive it in a portable format. You can also withdraw any consent you gave. Send requests to info@netyello.com. If you think we are handling your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman in Finland.

7. Changes
